Quinoa is awesome! It’s a seed but you cook it like rice :) so you can have it as a salad with cold veggies, in soups, or in place of pasta or rice. Or even cous cous, its still got carbs but not as much as pasta and it fills you up so you only need about 1/4cup in one sitting.
Honestly my fave things to have for dinner are probably a hearty curry casserole on its own, with as many veggies and legumes as i can muster.. or a huuuuge serving of roast seasoned veggies.
I don’t tend to go all out unless people are over haha.
You could make lentil patties and have a yummy burger with salad and home made sauces and tahini? :)
or make some seitan sausages and do a “mean n 3 veg” thing? but i would do about 6-7 + veg haha. yum.

I studied fashion design at kangan institute. Finished last year. Hated it ha. All i wanted to do was paint and sew… not do the dumb business side of it. Meh.

Avoid any processed foods such as store bought cakes or snacks, white bread (always go as grainy as possible), carbs in first half of the day, not the second… dont eat before bed. Eat small amounts but often! Have as much wholefoods and wholegrains as you can, especially in the morning.
Avoid sugar… is it evil. this means you need to be careful you don’t over do it on things like fruit juice too.
I never ever drink soda or those sugary iced tea drinks unless its ginger beer or bubble tea haha. But it’s a rarity.
Ummm… avoid fried foods or any means of cooking/baking that requires any oil.
Add flavour with individual herbs and spices rather than buying bottled sauces and shit from the supermarket which are just full of sugar and preservatives.
Having said all this though… if you wanna eat a tub of icecream in one sitting, or devour a giant bowl of nachos.. fucking do it. I never say no hahaha. I eat chocolate every day. i am just in the habit of doing most of the above things. Yum yum veggies.
